Water Softening — Removes water hardness, reduces scaling, automatic regeneration.
Salt Dissolving Tank — Dissolves food-grade salt into saturated brine.
Electrolyte Preparation — Dual closed-loop control for precise on-line preparation of 2–3% dilute brine.
Electrolytic Cell — Dilute brine enters the electrolytic cell and undergoes electrolysis under DC power.
Reaction — NaCl + H₂O → NaClO + H₂↑.
Storage & Dosing — The generated sodium hypochlorite solution is stored in a tank and precisely dosed to the disinfection point by metering pumps.
Hydrogen Discharge — By-product hydrogen is diluted to a safe concentration by a fan and discharged outdoors.

Utility Requirements
— Nearby 220V/380V power supply, DN20–DN50 water inlet and drain outlet.
Safety Requirements
— Hydrogen exhaust pipe must lead directly outdoors at a high point. Hydrogen alarm required in the equipment room.
